Joining a CrossFit gym can be intimidating, but as soon as I walked into CrossFit Vice and met the coaches and other members, I felt welcomed and excited about this new experience. I've been a member since 2020 and have made many new friends in the process.
CrossFit Vice offers a variety of classes to accommodate our busy schedules. The coaches are excellent and very friendly. They take the time to get to know you and guide you through your workouts. The programming is fun and different each day. There is a wide variety of members ranging from beginners to elite athletes. Everyone cheers for each other.

As busy professionals and parents, we know how important staying healthy is to be productive, energized, focused and happy.

Our goal at CrossFit Vice is to give everyone the best hour of their day for physical and mental well-being. We know everyone has a VICE in life and our hope is that families will choose CrossFit VICE as their place to have an encouraging environment to get fit and live your best life with like-minded community!
A little about us: Justin is a CrossFit Games Athlete finishing 14th masters 40-44 in the WORLD, and a Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to optimizing human performance at Friends and Family Spinal Care. Michelle is a Division 1 Athlete and cheerleading coach and owner of a tech company keeping families healthy.
We love weightlifting, soccer, tennis, running, pickleball, health, longevity and parents to 3 little ones that love dance, soccer, coding and golfing!
We are on a mission to create the friendliest, cleanest, highest quality CrossFit in Coral Springs, Parkland, Tamarac, Coconut Creek, Broward County and Beyond and hope you will join us!
