Competitor Club

Comp Club is for athletes looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit. We offer elite programming that takes around 2 hours per session. Expect to get strong, fit, fast, and “gymnasty” with this group.

Nutrition is the foundation of performance training at VICE. We offer customized meal delivery as well as essential supplementation to fuel your gains. Each individual has unique needs and goals. We customize a plan for you that will fit your life, while elevating your fitness.
